Category: Women Empowerment:
• Awareness building of the women about their position and rights in the family and society.
• Increase women participation in decision-making process within family and community.
• Establish women access into local institutions for basic services, skill development and resource mobilization.
• Enhance women participation in economic activities in order to increase their contribution in household income.
CATEGORY: CHILD PROTECTION
• Promotion of Child Protection policy
• Create alternative child friendly income options for children at risk
• Ensure child friendly environment establishing Drop in Center for Street Children • Night Shelter Facilities and Nutritional support • Stop using children in hazardous jobs.
• Protect street children from physical, sexual and mental abuse.
• Stop corporal punishment of children at school and family levels.
Category: Education:
• Mainstreaming of non-formal education with govt. primary education.
• Check dropout of the children from poor families from primary education.
• Increase literacy and numeracy among the adolescents and women who are deprived from basic education.
• Promote life skills among children, adolescents and women.
Category: Human Rights and Governance:
• Establish social, political and economic rights of the women in the family and society as per CEADOW.
• Establish child rights for education, participation and expressing their opinions freely as per CRC.
• Stop using children in hazardous jobs.
• Protect street children from physical, sexual and mental abuse.
• Stop corporal punishment of children at school and family levels.
• Protect human rights of the slum dwellers and their access to basic services from the government.
• Stop indiscriminate eviction of slum dwellers from public land without the provision of rehabilitation.
• Establish fair land lease and tenure system in the slums.
Category: Community Based Disaster Management, Mitigation:
• Adaptation and Mitigation strategy to response to the climate change consequence
• Awareness building of the community people about man-made and natural disasters.
• Prepared the community people to face primary attach of anydisaster.
